Ment Funding At a Glance

Ment Funding is a one-step prop firm with an unusually short rule book — and one feature almost nobody else offers: you choose whether your drawdown is static or trailing rather than having it imposed on you. It is also one of the very few firms funding equities alongside forex and futures.

Who Is Ment Funding?

Ment Funding has been running evaluations since 2021, which makes it one of the older firms in a sector where most competitors are younger than three years. Its headline claim is that it has never refused a payout since launch, and rather than leaving that as a slogan it publishes two dozen individual payout certificates on its own homepage. That is a meaningfully better standard of proof than a single cumulative figure, which is what most firms offer.

The firm is run by Anton Calmes and operates in English, Spanish and Thai. It also runs a monthly trading competition with a $1,000,000 prize pool and no entry fee, judged on a skill-weighted leaderboard rather than raw profit — explicitly so that the biggest gamble does not win.

One thing to understand before you buy: Ment does not present itself as a single company. Its terms of service name a group — Prop Account, d/b/a Dashboard Analytix, Forest Park FX LTD, Prop Account LLC and Prop Account Cayman LC — with a Cayman Islands entity among them, and no operating headquarters is published on the site. That is a lawful structure and a common one in this industry, but it is not the same as a single named onshore operator, and we would rather tell you than leave it out.

Ment Funding Pricing (Verified August 2026)

RAMESCO takes 20% off the listed price. Ment also shows a higher “was” figure next to each account, but the implied discount on that anchor varies from 12% to 32% depending on size, so we treat the current listed price as the real one and apply the code to that.

Ment markets a $5M tier, but it is reached through the scaling ladder rather than sold directly, so we have not listed a price for it.

Markets Compared

The three products share a rule set but differ in sizing and in how much daily room you get.

Max daily loss5%3%2% static / 3% trailing
Max loss6%6%6%

Futures gives you a bigger account ceiling than equities but a tighter daily leash than forex. Equities is the outlier worth knowing about: at $5,000 it is one of the cheapest funded stock accounts anywhere, and the static variant trades a harder 15% target for a very tight 2% daily loss limit.

The rule set really is this short, and that is the appeal. The difficulty at Ment is not a hidden clause — it is arithmetic. A 6% maximum loss against a 10% profit target means you must make more than you are allowed to lose, which is a harder ratio than most one-step firms ask for.

Scaling & Competition

Ment publishes a scaling ladder that runs beyond the sizes it sells directly, topping out at a $5M allocation. The $2M account is the largest you can buy outright; $5M is reached by progressing rather than purchasing.

Alongside that it runs a monthly competition with no entry fee and a $1,000,000 prize pool, currently badged as its five-year-anniversary edition. The leaderboard is skill-weighted rather than ranked on raw profit and off-board multi-accounting is penalised, which is a more sensible design than the pure P&L races most firms run — those reward whoever gambled hardest.

Refused payoutsNone since launch in 2021, per the firm
Published proof24 individual payout certificates on the firm’s homepage

Publishing individual certificates rather than one cumulative number is a higher standard of evidence than most of this industry offers, and it is the strongest single argument for Ment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Ment Funding discount code?

RAMESCO, giving 20% off. It takes the $25K forex evaluation from $250 to $200 and the $100K from $750 to $600. Ment’s own public code offers 15%, so ours is larger.

Can I choose my drawdown type?

Yes — and this is Ment’s most distinctive feature. You select static or trailing drawdown when you buy, rather than having one imposed. Static never moves; trailing follows your unrealised profit upward.

Does Ment Funding have a consistency rule?

No. There is no consistency rule, no daily profit cap, no time limit and no minimum trading days on any account.

What markets can I trade?

Forex, futures and equities. Funded equities accounts are rare in this industry and start at $5,000 with Ment.

What is the profit split?

80% as standard, rising to 90%.

How large an account can I get?

$2M is the largest forex account you can buy directly. A $5M allocation exists but is reached through the scaling ladder rather than purchased. Futures tops out at $400K and equities at $100K.

How hard is the evaluation?

There is one step and a 10% profit target on forex and futures, against a 6% maximum loss. The rules are permissive, but that target-to-drawdown ratio is tighter than most one-step firms ask for.

Has Ment Funding ever refused a payout?

The firm states it has not refused a single payout since 2021 and publishes 24 payout certificates on its site as supporting evidence.

Propfirmito’s Verdict on Ment Funding

Best For

  • Traders who want to pick their own drawdown model instead of accepting whichever one the firm prefers
  • Equity traders — funded stock accounts are genuinely scarce, and Ment starts at $5,000
  • Anyone tired of consistency rules, daily profit caps and evaluation deadlines; Ment has none of them
  • Traders who want visible proof of payment rather than a marketing total

Not Ideal For

  • Traders who want a comfortable cushion — a 6% max loss against a 10% target is a demanding ratio
  • Anyone who needs a clearly identified, onshore operating company; Ment’s terms describe a group including a Cayman entity and publish no headquarters
  • Traders wanting a futures account above $400K, or equities above $100K
