Where it can improve

8.0 pts left on the table

Challenge price

A $10,000 evaluation costs about $104.27 here. We compare list prices only — never discounted prices.

Lower list pricing per $10,000 of buying power earns more points; discounts don't count, so only the list price moves this.

4.8 pts left on the table

Payout track record

No verifiable payout-speed evidence yet — scored conservatively.

Publishing verifiable payout evidence (processing times, payout records) upgrades this factor.

4.5 pts left on the table

Drawdown room

Maximum drawdown of 8% (partly trailing, which shrinks the room you can actually use, so we discount it).

More drawdown room — or switching from trailing to static drawdown — would score higher.

2.9 pts left on the table

Time pressure

Minimum trading days: 5; a maximum time limit applies; consistency rule: none.

Fewer required minimum days, no deadlines and no consistency rule are what earn full points here.

Data the firm doesn't publish

When a firm doesn't publish something, we never guess in its favor: the missing value is filled conservatively and listed here. Publishing the data is the easiest way for a firm to raise its score.

  • Trading-robot (EA) policy not published — assumed not allowed

How this score works

The Propfirmito Score rates each firm from 0 to 100 using 14 measurable factors in six pillars: trust & legitimacy (21 pts), trading conditions (26), payouts (20), cost (15), accessibility (10) and ease of passing (8). Every input is a verifiable fact — review ratings, list prices, published rules — taken from the firm's own site and re-checked continuously.

Every firm is scored on one fixed 0–100 scale, set once, so scores stay directly comparable across the whole list and from month to month. Grades: A+ (90+), A (84+), A− (78+), B+ (70+), B (62+), B− (54+), C+ (46+).

Review ratings are shrunk toward the industry average so a handful of reviews can't outweigh thousands, and a firm with no verifiable review base scores zero on that factor. Firms are ranked within their own asset class (Forex, Futures, Crypto) on one shared scale.

Disclosure: propfirmito.com is reader-supported — we may earn a commission if you buy through our links. Commissions never influence scores: pricing is scored on list prices only, discounts are excluded, and the formula is published so anyone can recompute it.
